Frequently Asked Questions

Before purchasing our great products you might have a few questions. Whether it is orders, coupons, shipping, etc., we do our very best to answer any questions you may have so you feel good about shopping with us. Visit the FAQs below, or feel free to reach out to us with additional questions.

DELIVERY

When will I get my order?

It takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Order to USA or Canada usually ship in 3-4 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We display estimated delivery times on the product detail page of each item.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in the USA.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at sales@purafashions.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

Does Pura Fashions ship to my country?

We ship exclusively to the United States and Canada. If you live outside North America, you will not be able to place an order.

ORDERS

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at sales@purafashions.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at sales@purafashions.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll
get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include the tracking number for your package. You can also check the status of your order here: Track Order.

RETURNS

How do I return a purchased item?

We will refund any eligible item (s) returned in original, unused, undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase. Gift cards and accessory items are not eligible for a return. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer. To make a return, go to Request a Return. Enter your email address to start the return process. Depending on the reason for your return, you may be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
